Setup Instructions

1. Connecting the Phone

1. Attach the Base Stand: Align the tabs on the base stand with the slots on the back of the phone and slide it into place until it clicks.
2. Connect the Handset: Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the handset port on the phone and the other end into the handset.
3. Connect to Network:

• When the phone rings, pick up the handset, press the Speaker button, or press the corresponding Line key to answer.

Call Features

• Hold: During an active call, press the "Hold" soft key. Press the Line key again to resume the call.
• Transfer: During an active call, press the "Transfer" soft key. Dial the new number and press "Transfer" again (blind transfer) or wait for the party to answer and then press "Transfer" (attended transfer).
• 5-Way Audio Conferencing: During an active call, press the "Conference" soft key. Dial the next participant's number and press "Dial." Once connected, press "Conference" again to add them to the call. Repeat for up to 5 participants.
