Follow these steps carefully to assemble your RASTAR BMW M8 GTE RC Car. Refer to the included diagram for part identification.

4.1 Prepare Components

  1. Unpack all parts from the box and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.

  3. Carefully detach plastic parts from their sprues using a hobby knife or clippers (not included). Smooth any rough edges.

4.2 Chassis Assembly

  1. Attach the motor and gear assembly to the main chassis according to the diagrams.
  2. Install the front and rear axle assemblies. Ensure wheels spin freely.
  3. Secure the battery box to the chassis.
  4. Connect the wiring from the motor and battery box to the receiver unit. Ensure all connections are firm.

4.3 Body Panel Installation

  1. Carefully attach the interior cockpit and roll cage components to the chassis.

4.4 Decal Application

  1. Refer to the decal placement guide provided in the kit.
  2. Carefully peel off each decal and apply it to the corresponding location on the car body.
  3. Smooth out any air bubbles with a soft cloth.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Battery Installation

  1. Car: Open the battery compartment on the underside of the car. Insert the required batteries (e.g., AA, not included) observing correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.
  2. Remote Controller: Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote controller. Insert the required batteries (e.g., AA, not included) observing correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.

5.2 Pairing the Remote Controller

Most RASTAR RC cars automatically pair with their remote controllers upon first power-up. If pairing is required:

  1. Ensure both the car and the remote controller have fresh batteries installed.
  2. Turn on the car's power switch.
  3. Turn on the remote controller's power switch.
  4. The indicator light on the remote should stop flashing and remain solid, indicating a successful connection.
