4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your XLTTY 16-inch Pedestal Fan:

  1. Assemble the Base: Place the heavy fan base on a flat surface. Insert the lower stand pole into the base and secure it firmly.
  2. Attach the Upper Pole: Insert the adjustable upper stand pole into the lower pole.
  3. Mount the Motor Unit: Carefully attach the motor unit to the top of the upper stand pole. Ensure it is securely fastened.
  4. Install the Rear Grille: Place the rear grille onto the motor unit, aligning the notches.
  5. Attach the Fan Blades: Slide the five fan blades onto the motor shaft. Secure them with the blade cap.
  6. Install the Front Grille: Place the front grille over the fan blades and secure it to the rear grille using the provided clips or screws. Ensure the grilles are properly aligned and locked.

Adjusting Height and Tilt

  • Height Adjustment: Loosen the height adjustment knob on the stand pole, extend or retract the upper pole to the desired height (between 108 cm and 120 cm), and then tighten the knob securely.
  • Tilt Adjustment: The fan head can be tilted up or down by 20 degrees. Gently push or pull the fan head to achieve the desired angle.

Once assembled, plug the fan into a suitable 220V/50Hz power outlet.

Powering On/Off

  • To turn the fan ON, rotate the control knob to any speed setting (1, 2, or 3).
  • To turn the fan OFF, rotate the control knob to the '0' position.
