Filling the Clean Water Tank

The clean water tank is located at the top of the unit. It has markings for 'FORMULA' and 'WATER' for both 'DEEP CLEAN' and 'EXPRESS CLEAN' modes. Always use warm (not hot) tap water and the recommended BISSELL cleaning formulas.

To fill the clean water tank, remove it from the unit, unscrew the yellow cap, and fill according to the desired cleaning mode and formula instructions.

Initial Assembly

The unit typically comes in a few pieces that snap together. Refer to the included user guide for detailed assembly instructions. Ensure all connections are secure before filling tanks or plugging in the machine.

Operating Instructions

Cleaning Modes: Deep Clean vs. Express Clean

A green switch on the side of the unit allows you to select between 'DEEP CLEAN' and 'EXPRESS CLEAN' modes. Deep Clean provides a thorough cleaning with more solution, while Express Clean uses less solution for faster drying times (approx. 45 minutes).

Using the Hand Tool for Upholstery and Spot Cleaning

For hard-to-reach areas, upholstery, and tough stains, attach the 3-inch Tough Stain Tool to the 8-foot hose. The hand tool activates automatically when connected to the machine.

The hand tool is ideal for deep cleaning upholstery, stairs, and other hard-to-reach areas.

Emptying and Cleaning the Dirty Water Tank

The dirty water tank collects the extracted solution and debris. It should be emptied and rinsed after each use or when it reaches the 'FULL' line. To remove, simply pull the tank straight up from the base of the machine.

Cleaning the Brush Roll and Nozzle

The brush roll and clear nozzle cover can accumulate hair and debris. Regularly remove the nozzle cover and clean the brush roll to maintain effective cleaning performance. The nozzle is designed for easy removal and rinsing.

Troubleshooting

• No Solution Dispensing: Check if the clean water tank is properly seated and filled. Ensure the trigger on the handle is being squeezed during forward passes.
