Setup

1. Package Contents

Before you begin, please check the package for the following items:

2. Battery Installation

1. Open the back cover of the phone by gently prying it from the notch.
2. Align the battery's gold contacts with the terminals inside the battery compartment.
3. Press the battery down gently until it clicks into place.
4. Replace the back cover, ensuring it is securely closed.

3. SIM Card and MicroSD Card Installation

The artfone C10 supports Dual SIM cards and one MicroSD card for expanded storage (up to 32GB).

1. With the back cover and battery removed, locate the SIM card slots and MicroSD card slot.
2. Insert your SIM card(s) into the designated slots with the gold contacts facing down, following the orientation indicated on the phone.
3. If using a MicroSD card, insert it into its slot until it clicks.
4. Reinstall the battery and back cover.

4. Charging the Phone

It is recommended to fully charge the battery before first use.

• Using the Charging Station: Connect the charger to a power outlet and then to the desktop charging station. Place the phone into the charging station, ensuring it is properly seated. The phone will indicate charging.
• Using the USB Cable: Connect the USB cable to the phone's charging port (USB Type C) and the other end to the charger. Plug the charger into a power outlet.

The phone features automatic power-off protection when fully charged.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power/End Call button (red button) until the screen lights up.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power/End Call button until the power-off options appear, then select "Power off".

2. Making and Receiving Calls

• Making a Call: Enter the phone number using the large keypad. Press the Call button (green button) to dial.
• Receiving a Call: When the phone rings, press the Call button (green button) to answer. To end a call, press the Power/End Call button (red button).

• Select "Write message" to compose a new SMS. Enter the recipient's number and your message.

• Main LCD Screen (2.4 inches): Provides a clear and bright display for all phone operations, including menus, contacts, and messages.

1. Setting up SOS Contacts: Go to "Settings" > "SOS Settings" to add up to 5 emergency numbers. These numbers will be called in sequence until one answers.
2. Using the SOS Button: In an emergency, press and hold the SOS button on the back of the phone for a few seconds. The phone will automatically dial the pre-set emergency numbers and send an emergency SMS.
