2. Setup

2.1 Adjusting the Watch Band

Your OLEVS watch comes with a stainless steel band that can be adjusted to fit your wrist. A band adjustment tool is typically included. Follow these steps to remove or add links:

1. Locate the small circular holes on the side of the watch band links. These indicate the removable pins.
2. Place the band in the active slot of the strap removal tool.
3. Gently push the slot into the appropriate position, aligning the tool's pin with the watch band pin.
4. Rotate the top pin of the handle on the removal tool to align with the rivet on the steel strip.
5. Simply rotate the handle manually to push out the rivet. Remove the desired number of links from each side of the clasp for a balanced fit.
6. To reassemble, insert the pins back into the links in the opposite direction, ensuring they are fully seated.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Setting Time and Date

To set the time and date on your OLEVS watch:

1. Pull the crown (the knob on the side of the watch) out to the first click position to adjust the date. Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise until the correct date is displayed.
2. Pull the crown out to the second click position to adjust the time. Turn the crown to move the hour and minute hands until the correct time is set.
3. Once the time and date are set, push the crown back in to its original position to start the watch movement.

3.2 Luminous Function

The hands and markers of your OLEVS watch are coated with a luminous material. To activate the glow-in-the-dark feature, expose the watch to a strong light source (e.g., sunlight, bright lamp) for 30-40 seconds. The watch will then emit a glow in low-light conditions, providing easy readability.

4.1 Water Resistance

Your OLEVS watch is rated for 30 meters (3 ATM) of water resistance. This means it is suitable for daily splashes, rain, or short immersion in water. However, it is not designed for:

• Bathing or showering (especially with hot water, as steam can penetrate seals).
• Swimming or diving.
• Operating the crown or pushers while the watch is wet or submerged.

Always ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any contact with water. If water condensation appears inside the watch, have it inspected by a professional immediately to prevent damage.

4.2 Cleaning

To maintain the appearance of your watch, wipe it regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For the stainless steel band, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the watch's finish.
