4. Installation Guide

4.1. Disassembly

1. Power Off Device: Ensure the phone is completely powered off.
2. Remove SIM Card Tray: Use the ejection pin to remove the SIM card tray.
3. Heat Back Cover: Use a heat gun or air blower to heat the edges of the back cover for approximately 3 minutes. Heat evenly to avoid burning.
4. Separate Back Cover: Use a suction cup to gently pull up the bottom of the back cover. Once a gap appears, insert a pry tool and slowly slide it around the edges to separate the back cover.
5. Remove Middle Frame Screws: Use a screwdriver to remove all screws on the back of the middle frame. Keep track of the screws to avoid losing them.

1. Transfer Components: Transfer the earpiece, vibrator, battery, mainboard, and USB board to the new screen assembly. Ensure the antenna is correctly placed in its fixed slot.
2. Install Middle Frame: Carefully install the middle frame onto the new screen assembly.
3. Connect Cables: Connect the power/volume cable, FPC cable, and battery cable.
4. Install Screws: Install all screws for the mainboard and USB board.
5. Install Back Cover: Clean any old adhesive tape from the back cover. Apply new 3M tape to install the back cover securely.
6. Secure with Rubber Bands: After installation, tie the phone with rubber bands for 2-3 hours to allow the adhesive to cure and ensure the screen sticks firmly to the frame.
