1. Product Overview
The Rongta RP332 is an 80mm direct thermal receipt printer designed for Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. It features an auto-cutter and supports multiple interfaces including USB, Serial, and Ethernet, making it suitable for various business environments such as restaurants, kitchens, and retail stores.
This printer is compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems. Please note that it is not compatible with iPad Square, Square, PayPal, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, phone or iPad applications, Grubhub, UberEats, DoorDash, Postmates, Clover POS, Shopify, Gloriafoods, Lightspeed, Zettle, or Quebec MEV machines.

2. What's in the Box
Upon unboxing your Rongta RP332 printer, please ensure all the following components are present:
- Power Adapter
- Power Cable
- USB Cable
- Roll of Test Paper
- USB flash drive (containing driver and user guide)
3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Physical Setup
- Connect Power: Connect the power adapter to the printer's power port and then plug it into a power outlet.
- Connect Interface Cable: Connect the printer to your computer or network device using the appropriate cable (USB, Serial, or Ethernet).
- Load Paper:
- Press the cover open button to open the paper compartment.
- Insert the thermal paper roll with the printing side facing up.
- Pull a small amount of paper out past the cutter.
- Close the paper compartment cover firmly until it clicks into place.

3.2 Driver Installation
The printer comes with a USB flash drive containing the necessary drivers and a user guide. Follow these steps to install the driver:
- Insert the USB flash drive into your computer.
- Locate and run the driver setup file.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation. Select the appropriate printer model (80mm Series) and port type (USB, Serial, or Ethernet).
- For Ethernet connection, the printer can be installed via TCP/IP. Refer to the detailed user guide on the USB flash drive for specific network configuration steps.

3.3 Test Print
After driver installation, it is recommended to print a test page to confirm proper setup. This can usually be done through your operating system's printer settings.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Printing
Once the printer is connected and drivers are installed, you can print receipts from your POS software or application. The printer supports ESC/POS commands for efficient printing.
4.2 Paper Width Adjustment
The RP332 printer supports both 80mm and 58mm paper widths. Ensure you select the correct paper series (80mm or 58mm) during driver installation. If using 58mm paper, a divider/baffle may be required to hold the roll in place, though it might not be included with all packages.

4.3 Sound Settings
The printer features a sound reminder. If you wish to disable or adjust the sound, you can do so using the printer tool software. This tool is available on the provided USB flash drive or can be downloaded from the official Rongta website. Navigate to the
