Maintenance
Ink Refilling
When an ink tank level is low, the printer's display will indicate which color needs refilling. Follow the steps outlined in the "Filling the Ink Tanks" section under Setup Instructions. Always use genuine Epson ink bottles to ensure optimal print quality and prevent potential damage not covered by warranty.
Print Head Cleaning
If print quality declines (e.g., missing lines, streaky prints), perform a print head cleaning. This can be done through the printer's control panel menu under "Maintenance" or via the Epson printer utility software on your computer.
Nozzle Check
Before performing a head cleaning, it is recommended to run a nozzle check to diagnose which colors might be affected. This also helps conserve ink by only cleaning when necessary. Access this function through the printer's maintenance menu or software.
Troubleshooting
This section provides solutions to common issues you might encounter.
Printer Not Responding / Offline
- Ensure the printer is powered on and connected to the power outlet.
- Check the network connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet). Restart your router if necessary.

- Ensure you are using genuine Epson ink.
- Verify that the correct paper type is selected in your print settings.
