Setup

Unpack: Carefully remove the charging stand and all accessories from the packaging.
Connect Power: Insert the provided USB-C cable into the USB-C port on the back of the charging stand. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included, a Quick Charge 3.0 or Power Delivery adapter is recommended for optimal performance).
Placement: Place the charging stand on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

Operating Instructions

The iTek 3-in-1 charging stand allows you to charge three devices simultaneously:

Smartphone Charging: Place your Qi-enabled smartphone on the upright charging pad. Ensure the phone is centered on the pad for optimal charging. The stand supports charging in both portrait and landscape orientations.
Smartwatch Charging: Place your Apple Watch on the dedicated magnetic charging module. Ensure it snaps into place and begins charging.
Earbuds Charging: Place your Qi-enabled wireless earbud case (e.g., AirPods) on the flat charging pad located next to the smartwatch charger. Ensure the charging indicator on your earbud case illuminates.

A blue LED indicator on the charging stand will typically illuminate when a device is correctly placed and charging. If the indicator flashes or does not light up, reposition the device.

Maintenance

Cleaning: Disconnect the power cable before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the charging stand. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals.
Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the charging stand in a cool, dry place.
Handling: Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts. Do not disassemble the product.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Solution
Device not charging.	Ensure the charging stand is properly connected to a working power source. Verify your device is Qi-enabled. Remove any thick phone cases (over 5mm) or metallic objects from your device. Reposition the device on the charging pad to ensure proper alignment with the charging coil. Try a different USB power adapter (ensure it's a QC3.0 or PD adapter).
Slow charging.	Ensure you are using a Quick Charge 3.0 (QC3.0) or Power Delivery (PD) compatible power adapter. Standard 5V/1A adapters may result in slower charging. Avoid using your device while it is charging. Ensure proper alignment of the device on the charging pad.
LED indicator flashing.	This may indicate a foreign object detection (FOD) or improper placement. Remove the device and any foreign objects, then reposition the device. Ensure the power adapter is sufficient.
