Installation Instructions
The Ibergrif Roma M13150-1 kitchen tap is designed for wall-mounted installation. Follow these steps for proper setup:
- Prepare the Installation Area: Turn off the main water supply. Clear the wall area where the tap will be mounted. Ensure the wall is structurally sound to support the tap.
- Install S-Unions: Thread the S-unions into the wall water outlets. Adjust them to ensure the correct distance for the tap body and that they are level. Use thread seal tape for a watertight connection.
- Attach Escutcheons: Place the decorative escutcheons over the S-unions, flush against the wall.
- Mount the Tap Body: Connect the main tap body to the S-unions. Tighten the nuts securely, ensuring rubber gaskets are in place to prevent leaks.
- Connect the Outlet Pipe: Attach the long outlet pipe to the tap body. The pipe is designed to rotate 90 degrees for convenience.
- Install the Trigger Spray: Connect the flexible hose of the trigger spray to the designated outlet on the tap body. Ensure all connections are hand-tightened, then use a wrench for a final snug fit, being careful not to overtighten.
- Test for Leaks: Slowly turn on the main water supply and check all connections for any signs of leakage. If leaks occur, tighten the connections further or re-apply thread seal tape.

Operating Instructions
Your Ibergrif Roma M13150-1 tap offers versatile water delivery options:
- Water Flow Control: The single lever handle controls both water temperature and flow volume. Move the lever left for hot water, right for cold water, and up/down to adjust flow intensity.
- Spout Rotation: The main outlet pipe can be rotated 90 degrees horizontally, allowing you to position it as needed or move it out of the way when not in use.
- Switching Between Spout and Spray: A small wrench-like diverter knob located on the tap body allows you to switch water flow between the main spout and the trigger spray. Turn the knob approximately 45 degrees left or right to select the desired output.
- Using the Trigger Spray: Once the diverter is set to the spray, press the trigger on the spray head to activate water flow. Release the trigger to stop the flow. The spray head is suitable for rinsing sinks or kitchen utensils. The hose has a maximum stretchable length of 1.5 meters.

Maintenance and Care
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your tap:
- Cleaning: Clean the tap regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry to prevent water spots. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or chemicals containing ammonia, bleach, or alcohol, as these can damage the chrome finish.
- Ceramic Cartridge: The tap is equipped with a ceramic cartridge, tested for over 500,000 cycles, designed to prevent leaks. If a drip occurs, it may indicate a need for cartridge inspection or replacement.
- Gaskets: Periodically check rubber gaskets and O-rings for wear and tear. Replace them if they appear cracked or worn to maintain a watertight seal.
- Aerator Maintenance: If water flow from the spout decreases, the aerator may be clogged. Unscrew the aerator from the spout, clean any debris, and reattach.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Water leaks from connections | Loose connections, worn gaskets, insufficient thread seal tape. | Tighten connections. Replace worn gaskets. Reapply thread seal tape. |
| Reduced water flow | Clogged aerator, low water pressure, kinked hose (for spray). | Clean aerator. Check household water pressure. Straighten spray hose. |
| Dripping from spout | Worn ceramic cartridge. | Contact customer support for cartridge replacement. |
| Difficulty switching between spout and spray | Diverter mechanism obstruction or wear. | Ensure diverter knob is fully turned. Clean around the diverter. |
