4. Setup and Connection
Follow these steps to set up your J-Tech Digital 4K 2x2 HDMI Video Wall Controller:
- Connect HDMI Sources: Connect your HDMI source devices (e.g., PC, Blu-ray player, game console) to the HDMI Input Ports (INPUT1-INPUT4) on the rear panel of the controller using high-quality HDMI cables.
- Connect HDMI Displays: Connect your HDMI display devices (e.g., monitors, televisions) to the HDMI Output Ports (OUTPUT1-OUTPUT4) on the rear panel of the controller using high-quality HDMI cables.
- Connect Power: Plug the included 12V DC power adapter into the DC/12V Power Input port on the controller, then plug the adapter into a power outlet.
- (Optional) Connect LAN: For web control functionality, connect an Ethernet cable from your network router or switch to the LAN port on the controller.

5. Operating Modes
5.1 Seamless Matrix Switch Mode
The controller allows for seamless routing of any of the four 4K@60Hz input signals to any combination of the four output displays. This ensures no switching delay or picture loss during transitions. The output ports also feature automatic downscale and upscale functions to match the resolution requirements of connected displays, supporting resolutions such as 4K30Hz, 1080P, 720P, 2560x1440, 1920x1200, and 1360x768.
5.2 Multi-Viewer Modes
Each HDMI output can independently display multiple source signals on a single screen using various multi-viewer presets. This allows for simultaneous monitoring of different inputs on one display. Available presets include 2x2, 1x3L, 1x3U, 1x4, and 4x1 configurations.

5.3 Video Wall Display Modes
The controller supports the creation of various video wall configurations using its four HDMI outputs. You can configure up to 10 different video wall layouts, including common setups like 2x2, 1x4, and 4x1. Additionally, a rotate function allows for 180° image rotation on any output, providing flexibility in display orientation.

6. Control Methods
The JTECH-VWM04 offers multiple ways to control its functions:
- Front Panel Buttons: Directly select inputs, outputs, and navigate menu options using the buttons on the device's front panel.
- IR Remote Control: Use the included infrared remote control for convenient operation from a distance.

8. Troubleshooting
