3. Setup

Before first use, wash all detachable parts with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Ensure the main unit is placed on a stable, flat surface.

  1. Assemble the Extrusion Mechanism: Insert the extrusion screw (pressure rod) into the main unit's chamber.
  2. Attach Noodle Die: Select your desired noodle die and attach it to the front of the extrusion mechanism. Secure it by screwing on the retaining ring.
  3. Position Water Tank: Ensure the 350ml water tank is correctly seated in its designated slot.
  4. Close Lid: Securely close the mixing chamber lid. The machine will not operate if the lid is not properly closed.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Making Noodles

Follow these steps for fresh, homemade noodles:

  1. Add Pure Water: Fill the 350ml water tank with cold, pure water.
  2. Press Clear Button: Before adding flour, press the 'Clear' button on the control panel. This is important for accurate flour weighing.
  3. Add Flour: Pour the measured flour into the mixing chamber. The machine will intelligently weigh the flour.
  4. Close Cover: Ensure the mixing chamber cover is securely closed.
  5. Select Mode: Choose between 'Automatic' or 'Manual' mode on the control panel. For baby's colorful fruit and vegetable noodles, select 'Manual' mode and pour juice from the lid's mouth.
  6. Start: Press the 'Start' button. The machine will begin mixing the dough and automatically add water from the tank.
  7. Extrusion: Once the dough is ready, it will be extruded through the selected noodle die. Use the provided scraper to cut the noodles to your desired length.

4.2 12-Hour Reservation Function

To use the reservation function:

  1. Add flour and water to their respective compartments.
  2. Press the 'Reservation' button and set the desired delay time (up to 12 hours).
  3. The machine will automatically start mixing and extruding noodles at the set time.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your pasta maker.

  1. Disassembly: Unplug the machine. Disassemble the noodle die, retaining ring, extrusion screw, and mixing chamber.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Allow any remaining dough to dry for a short period. Dried dough is often easier to remove than wet, sticky dough.
  3. Scrape and Brush: Use the provided scraper and brush to remove dried dough from all parts, especially the noodle dies and extrusion screw. For dies with small holes, use the poking tool to clear blockages.
  4. Wash: Wash all detachable parts with warm, soapy water. The main unit should be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  5. Dry: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.

6. Troubleshooting
