It combines sweeping, mopping, drying, and self-cleaning functions into a single, lightweight, and cordless device. Setup and Initial Use

Before using your HIZERO F803, ensure all components are properly assembled and prepared.

  1. Charge the Battery: Fully charge the lithium-ion battery. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours and provides up to 60 minutes of run time. The battery indicator lights on the handle will show the charging status.
  2. Fill the Clean Water Tank: Locate the clean water tank. Fill it with clean water and the recommended HIZERO cleaning solution.
  3. Soak the Cleaning Roller: The polymer cleaning roller needs to be fully soaked before use to ensure optimal performance and prevent water spilling. Submerge the roller in water for a few minutes until it is evenly expanded. Gently squeeze out any excess water before installing it.

  • Power On/Off: Press the power button on the handle to turn the device on or off.
  • Adjust Water Output: Use the water mode button to select between more or less water output depending on the cleaning task.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your HIZERO F803.

  • Empty Dirty Water Tank: After each use, empty the dirty water tank. The HIZERO F803 has a high recovery rate, collecting most of the liquid it puts out.
  • Empty Solid Waste Container: The device automatically separates solid waste into a removable container. Empty this container as needed.
  • Clean Rollers: The self-cleaning system helps keep the polymer cleaning roller clean. For thorough cleaning, remove the rollers and rinse them under running water. The brush roller's main job is to clean the polymer roller.
  • Drying: Place the device on its thoughtful stand to allow all components to air dry.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your HIZERO F803, consider the following common solutions:

  • Streaky Floors: Ensure the cleaning roller is thoroughly soaked and evenly expanded. If the floor is not clean, it may leave streaks. Repeat strokes if necessary.
  • Charging Issues: If the device stops charging, ensure the charging base and power adapter are correctly connected. Check the battery indicator lights.
  • Roller Error: If a roller error flashes, clean the roller and reassemble it. Ensure no debris is obstructing its movement.
  • Water/Waste Tank Size: The water and waste containers are designed for efficiency. For larger homes, you may need to refill/empty tanks multiple times.
  • Maneuverability: The swivel neck allows for easy movement around obstacles. The device is designed to pull itself forward, requiring minimal effort.
