Setup and Initial Use
Before using your HIZERO F803, ensure all components are properly assembled and prepared.
- Charge the Battery: Fully charge the lithium-ion battery. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours and provides up to 60 minutes of run time. The battery indicator lights on the handle will show the charging status.
- Fill the Clean Water Tank: Locate the clean water tank. Fill it with clean water and the recommended HIZERO cleaning solution.
- Soak the Cleaning Roller: The polymer cleaning roller needs to be fully soaked before use to ensure optimal performance and prevent water spilling. Submerge the roller in water for a few minutes until it is evenly expanded. Gently squeeze out any excess water before installing it.

Operating Instructions

- Empty Dirty Water Tank: After each use, empty the dirty water tank. The HIZERO F803 has a high recovery rate, collecting most of the liquid it puts out.
- Empty Solid Waste Container: The device automatically separates solid waste into a removable container. Empty this container as needed.
- Clean Rollers: The self-cleaning system helps keep the polymer cleaning roller clean. For thorough cleaning, remove the rollers and rinse them under running water. The brush roller's main job is to clean the polymer roller.
- Drying: Place the device on its thoughtful stand to allow all components to air dry.

Troubleshooting

- Streaky Floors: Ensure the cleaning roller is thoroughly soaked and evenly expanded. If the floor is not clean, it may leave streaks. Repeat strokes if necessary.

- Roller Error: If a roller error flashes, clean the roller and reassemble it. Ensure no debris is obstructing its movement.
