Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your espresso machine.
- Daily Cleaning:
- Drip Tray: Empty and clean the drip tray and grid after each use or when the indicator shows it's full. Wash with warm, soapy water and rinse.
- Used Capsule Container: Empty the used capsule container regularly. Wash with warm, soapy water and rinse.
- Water Tank: Rinse the water tank daily and refill with fresh water. Clean thoroughly with warm, soapy water weekly.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Over time, mineral deposits can build up in the machine, affecting performance. Descale your machine every 3-6 months, or more frequently if you have hard water. Use a descaling solution specifically designed for coffee machines and follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully. Always perform several rinse cycles with fresh water after descaling.
Caution: Always unplug the machine before cleaning. Do not immerse the machine in water.
