3. Setup

Connect your smartphone to the treadmill via Bluetooth to monitor your health and track exercise data using the FitShow app.

Connect to the FitShow app via Bluetooth to track your progress and control the treadmill.
- Download the FitShow app from your smartphone's app store.
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and open the FitShow app.
- The app will detect the treadmill. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect.
- Once connected, you can view real-time data and adjust settings through the app.
4.5 Speed Levels
The treadmill offers speed levels from 0.8 km/h to 6 km/h, suitable for various training goals.

Choose your desired intensity: Easy Walk (0.8-2 km/h), Fast Walk (3-5 km/h), or Jogging (6 km/h).
5. Maintenance
