1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup and First Use
Before first use, clean all attachments in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
Attaching the Whisks or Dough Hooks:
- Ensure the mixer is unplugged and the speed selector is set to '0' (off).
- Insert the whisk or dough hook attachments into the openings on the underside of the mixer. Push firmly until they click into place. The attachments are designed to fit only one way.
- For dough hooks, ensure the hook with the collar is inserted into the larger opening.

4. Operating Instructions
This mixer features 6 speed settings and a Turbo function for versatile mixing.

Using the Mixer:
- Ensure the desired attachments are securely inserted.
- Plug the mixer into a suitable power outlet (220V).
- Place the attachments into the ingredients to be mixed.
- Slide the speed selector to the desired speed (1-6). Start with a lower speed to prevent splashing, then gradually increase as needed.
- For an extra burst of power, press and hold the Turbo button. Release to return to the selected speed.
- When finished, slide the speed selector back to '0' (off) and unplug the mixer.
- Press the Eject button to release the attachments.
Recommended Speed Settings:
- Speed 1-2: For mixing dry ingredients, folding in ingredients, or slow stirring.
- Speed 3-4: For mixing liquid ingredients, sauces, and light batters.
- Speed 5-6: For whipping cream, egg whites, and heavy batters.
- Turbo: For maximum power on demand, useful for tough doughs or quick whipping.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your hand mixer.
Cleaning:
- Always unplug the mixer before cleaning.
- Press the eject button to remove the whisks or dough hooks.
- Wash the attachments in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent rust. They are also dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers. Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing.
Storage:
Store the mixer and its attachments in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your MasterPRO hand mixer, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
