2. What's in the Box

3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Preparation
- Ensure the installation surface is clean, dry, and smooth for optimal adhesion.
- Unroll the LED strip completely before powering it on to prevent overheating.
3.2 Cutting and Linking
The LED strip can be cut to your desired length at designated cut marks, typically indicated by a scissor icon or copper pads. Ensure the power is disconnected before cutting. If linking multiple strips, use appropriate connectors (not included unless specified).

3.3 Installation Steps
- Clean the Surface: Wipe the desired installation area with a clean cloth to remove dust and debris.
- Peel and Stick: Carefully peel off the protective backing from the adhesive tape on the back of the LED strip. Press the strip firmly onto the surface.
- Connect the Strip: Connect the end of the LED strip to the control box, ensuring the arrows on both connectors align.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the control box, then plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Remote Control Operation
The included IR remote control allows for basic functions:
- Power On/Off: Use the red power button.
- Color Selection: Press the colored buttons to select static colors.
- Brightness Adjustment: Use the up/down arrow buttons for luminance control.
- DIY Colors: Use the R, G, B buttons and arrow keys to create custom colors.
- Mode Selection: Buttons like JUMP3, JUMP7, FADE3, FADE7, QUICK, SLOW, AUTO, FLASH provide various dynamic lighting effects.
- Timer Setting: Buttons for 2H, 4H, 6H, 8H allow setting a timer for automatic shutdown.

4.2 App Control (Aigostar Smart App)
For advanced features and smart home integration, download the Aigostar Smart app:
- Download: Search for "Aigostar Smart" in your device's app store.
- Pairing: Follow the in-app instructions to pair your LED strip light. This typically involves ensuring the light is in pairing mode (often by cycling power) and confirming connection within the app.
- Features: The app offers extensive control including 16 million colors, custom DIY modes, brightness and speed adjustment, music rhythm synchronization, and advanced timer settings.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Disconnect power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the LED strip. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: If storing the strip for an extended period, ensure it is clean, dry, and coiled loosely to prevent damage.
- Inspection: Periodically check the strip and connections for any signs of wear or damage.
6. Troubleshooting
