Setup
1. Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge the printer's battery. Connect the power adapter to the printer's charging port and plug it into a power outlet. The charging indicator light will show the charging status.
2. Loading Thermal Paper
- Open the paper compartment cover by sliding the latch or pressing the release button.
- Insert the thermal paper roll into the compartment, ensuring the printing side of the paper faces the thermal print head. The paper should feed smoothly from the bottom of the roll.
- Pull a small length of paper out beyond the cutting edge.
- Close the paper compartment cover firmly until it clicks into place.
3. Connecting the Printer
Bluetooth Connection (Android/Windows)
- Ensure the printer is powered on.
- On your Android device or Windows computer, go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available devices. The printer should appear as "RPP02N" or similar.
- Select the printer to pair. If prompted for a PIN, enter "0000" or "1234".
- Once paired, you can select the printer in your POS application or printing software.

Maintenance
Cleaning the Printer
- Ensure the printer is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.
- Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or isopropyl alcohol to clean the exterior of the printer.
- To clean the thermal print head, use a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Gently wipe the print head surface. Allow it to dry completely before closing the cover and powering on.
- Regularly remove any paper dust or debris from the paper path.
Battery Care
- Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
- If storing the printer for an extended period, charge the battery to about 50% and store it in a cool, dry place. Recharge every 3-6 months to prevent deep discharge.
