2. Safety Information
- Always ensure correct wiring polarity. Incorrect polarity can prevent display, but the module is designed with reverse polarity protection to prevent damage.
- Do not exceed the maximum operating voltage of 40V for the power supply or the detection voltage of 100V.
- Handle the voltmeter with care as it contains delicate electronic components.
- Keep the device away from moisture, extreme temperatures, and corrosive environments.
- Do not attempt to modify or disassemble the voltmeter beyond the specified calibration procedure.

5. Setup and Wiring
The voltmeter supports both three-wire and two-wire connection methods. Choose the appropriate method based on your application.
5.1 Three-Wire Wiring Diagram
This method uses a separate power supply for the voltmeter and measures voltage from a different source. This is suitable for measuring voltages up to 100V, where the measurement source might exceed the voltmeter's operating voltage (40V).
- Red Wire: Connect to the positive (+) terminal of the voltmeter's power supply (DC 4-30V).
- Black Wire: Connect to the negative (-) terminal of both the voltmeter's power supply and the measuring power supply. This is the common ground.
- Yellow Wire: Connect to the positive (+) terminal of the voltage source you wish to measure (DC 0-100V).
5.2 Two-Wire Wiring Diagram
In this method, the voltmeter uses the voltage it is measuring as its own power supply. This is suitable for measuring voltages within the voltmeter's operating range (DC 4-30V).
- Red Wire: Connect to the positive (+) terminal of the voltage source you wish to measure (DC 4-30V). This also powers the voltmeter.
- Black Wire: Connect to the negative (-) terminal of the voltage source you wish to measure.
- Yellow Wire: Not used in this configuration. It can be tied off or insulated.

6. Operating Instructions
- Ensure the voltmeter is correctly wired according to the chosen configuration (three-wire or two-wire) as described in Section 5.
- Apply power to the voltmeter (4.0-40V DC). The LED display should illuminate and show the measured voltage.
- The voltmeter will continuously display the voltage of the connected source.
- For applications requiring temporary connections, use the provided alligator clips to securely connect the voltmeter to the test points.

7. Calibration
The voltmeter comes pre-calibrated. However, if minor adjustments are needed for accuracy, a calibration screw is located on the back of the module.
- Connect the voltmeter to a known, stable voltage source.
- Using a small screwdriver, carefully turn the screw on the back of the module.
- Turning the screw clockwise will decrease the displayed voltage. Adjust until the displayed value matches the known voltage source.
- Avoid over-tightening or forcing the screw.

8. Troubleshooting
