Troubleshooting

Device not powering on / No voltage display
Ensure the main plug is fully and securely inserted into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. Check your vehicle's fuse box to ensure the cigarette lighter socket's fuse is not blown. If the issue persists, the device's internal fuse may need to be checked or replaced (refer to Maintenance section).
Devices not charging via USB ports
Verify that the main power switch on the cigarette lighter plug is in the 'ON' position. Ensure the charging cable is functional and properly connected to both the splitter and your device. Confirm that your device is compatible with the specific USB port (e.g., USB-C for PD, etc.).
Voltage display flashing
A flashing voltage display indicates that your vehicle's battery voltage is outside the normal operating range (either too high or too low). This could signal a potential issue with your vehicle's battery or charging system. If this persists, it is recommended to consult a qualified vehicle technician.
Individual cigarette lighter sockets not working
Ensure the individual power button for that specific socket is pressed and its blue LED indicator is illuminated. Check if the device you are trying to power is functioning correctly and not drawing excessive power.
