Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Connect the charging cable to the case and a USB power source. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status.

• A full charge for the case and earbuds takes approximately 1.5 hours.
• The charging case provides up to 5 full charges for the earbuds, offering a total play time of 25 hours.

2. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged and placed inside the charging case.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your mobile device, go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for available devices and select "Cellularline RIZE" from the list.
5. Once connected, you will hear an audio confirmation, and the indicator lights on the earbuds will change.

Operating the Earbuds

Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on and connect to the last paired device. Alternatively, press and hold the touch sensor on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off. Alternatively, press and hold the touch sensor on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

Touch Controls

The RIZE earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for managing calls, music playback, and activating your device's voice assistant.

Troubleshooting

Earbuds Not Pairing

• Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on.
• Forget/delete "Cellularline RIZE" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again.

Only One Earbud Playing Sound

• Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again.
