3. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your vacuum cleaner before first use.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
- Attach Hose: Insert the hose connector firmly into the suction inlet on the main unit.
- Assemble Extension Wands: Connect the plastic extension wands together.

4. Operating Instructions
To operate your Hitachi vacuum cleaner:
- Plug In: Insert the power plug into a suitable electrical outlet (220V).
- Power On: Press the power button located on the motor head to turn on the vacuum cleaner.
- Vacuuming: Guide the floor nozzle or other attachments over the surface to be cleaned.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Cleaning the Cloth Filter
- Remove the cloth filter as described above.
- Gently shake or tap the filter to dislodge accumulated dust.
- For a more thorough clean, the cloth filter can be hand-washed in lukewarm water. Allow it to air dry completely before reinserting.
- Do not use a washing machine or dryer for the cloth filter.
Cleaning Accessories
Wipe down the hose, wands, and nozzles with a damp cloth. Ensure they are dry before storage.
