Setup

1. Unboxing: Carefully remove the massager from its packaging. The device comes fully assembled, requiring no additional installation.
2. Placement: Place the massager on a flat, stable surface near a power outlet. Ensure there is enough space around the device for comfortable use.
3. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard wall outlet. The device is ready for use once plugged in.
4. Adjusting the Support Bar: The massager features a 360° adjustable support bar. Press the buttons on either side of the device to adjust the bar to your desired angle for feet, calves, or forearms.

Operating Instructions

The LifePro Calf and Foot Massager can be operated using the integrated control panel or the included remote control.

Control Panel & Remote Functions:

• On/Off: Press to power the device on or off.
• Time: Adjust the massage duration (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 minutes).
• Mode (Auto): Select from 3 preset automatic massage programs (P1, P2, P3).
• Speed: Choose from 3 massage speed levels (L1, L2, L3).
• Heating: Activate or deactivate heat therapy. Two heat levels are available (Low: 104°F/40°C, High: 122°F/50°C).
• Direction: Change the direction of the massage rollers (clockwise or counter-clockwise).

Using the Massager:

1. For Feet: Sit comfortably and place your feet into the massage chambers. Adjust the support bar for optimal angle. Select your desired program, speed, heat, and direction.
2. For Calves: Adjust the support bar to position the massager vertically. Place your calves into the massage chambers. Select your desired settings.
3. For Forearms: Adjust the support bar to comfortably rest your forearms in the massage chambers. Select your desired settings.

Maintenance

To ensure hygiene and prolong the life of your massager, regular cleaning is recommended.

• Removable Fabric Covers: The massager features removable fabric covers inside the foot/calf chambers. Unzip these covers to remove them.
• Washing: The fabric covers are washable. Follow the care instructions on the label, typically machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry.
• Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the massager with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
• Storage: Store the massager in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Troubleshooting

• Device Not Powering On:
  • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the device and a working electrical outlet.
  • Check if the power outlet is functional by plugging in another appliance.
• No Massage Function:
  • Verify the device is powered on and a massage program or manual mode is selected.
  • Ensure the timer is set for a duration greater than zero.
• Heat Function Not Working:
  • Confirm the heating function is activated on the control panel or remote.
  • Note that the heat function may take a few minutes to reach its optimal temperature.
• Massage Feels Too Intense/Weak:
  • Adjust the speed settings (L1, L2, L3) to your comfort level.
  • Ensure your feet/calves/forearms are positioned correctly within the chambers.
