Setup Guide
1. Unpacking
Carefully remove the printer and all accessories from the packaging. Verify that all components are present:

2. Connecting Power
- Connect the power adapter to the DC 24V/2.5A power input port on the back of the printer.
- Plug the power adapter into a suitable electrical outlet.

3. Loading Thermal Paper
- Open the printer cover by pushing the cover open lever.
- Insert a roll of 80mm thermal paper into the paper compartment, ensuring the paper feeds from the bottom of the roll towards the front of the printer.
- Pull a small amount of paper out past the cutting blade.
- Close the printer cover firmly until it clicks into place.
4. Connecting to Devices
USB Connection:
Connect the printer to your computer or POS system using the provided USB TYPE-C USB2.0 cable.
Ethernet (LAN) Connection:
Connect an Ethernet cable from your network router or switch to the RJ45 LAN port on the printer. The printer supports speeds up to 100 Mbps.
Bluetooth Connection:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your host device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, computer).

Basic Printing:

Indicator Lights:

Maintenance
Cleaning the Printer:

- Open the printer cover.
- Use a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol to gently clean the thermal print head (the dark strip inside the printer). Allow it to dry completely before closing the cover.
- Clean the paper path and rollers with a dry, soft cloth to remove any paper dust.
- Wipe the exterior of the printer with a slightly damp cloth.
Caution: Do not touch the print head immediately after printing as it may be hot. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Replacing Paper Roll:
When the paper exhaustion sensor indicates low paper, or when the print quality degrades due to the end of the roll, replace the paper following the steps in the "Loading Thermal Paper" section.
