Controls
- Multi-function Button: Power On/Off, Play/Pause, Answer/End Calls, Activate Voice Assistant.
- Volume Up Button: Increase volume, Next track (long press).
- Volume Down Button: Decrease volume, Previous track (long press).
3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Headphones
- Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port on the headphones.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
- The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
- Once fully charged, the headphones provide up to 16 hours of music enjoyment or talk time. The remaining battery power will be displayed on your phone screen when connected.
Note: Please use only the charging cable provided in the package to ensure proper charging and prevent damage.
3.2 Bluetooth Pairing
- Power On: Press and hold the Multi-function Button until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
- Activate Bluetooth: On your device (smartphone, tablet, PC), enable Bluetooth.
- Select Device: Search for "Flame" or "Redzoo" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it.
- Confirmation: Once paired, the LED indicator will flash blue slowly, and you will hear an audio prompt.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Multi-function Button for 3 seconds.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Multi-function Button for 3 seconds.
4.2 Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function Button once.
- Volume Up: Press the Volume Up button once.
- Volume Down: Press the Volume Down button once.
- Next Track: Long press the Volume Up button.
- Previous Track: Long press the Volume Down button.
4.3 Phone Calls
- Answer/End Call: Press the Multi-function Button once.
- Reject Call: Long press the Multi-function Button for 2 seconds.
- Redial Last Number: Double-press the Multi-function Button.
4.4 Voice Assistant
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple-press the Multi-function Button.

- Select Eartips: Choose the eartip size (XS/S/M/L) that provides the best seal and comfort for your ear canal.
- Position Ear Hooks: Place the ear hooks over your ears.
- Insert Earbuds: Gently insert the earbuds into your ear canals, ensuring a snug fit.
- Adjust for Security: Adjust the ear hooks and the connecting cable for a secure and comfortable fit, especially during strenuous activities. Use the wire clamp to manage cable length.

6. Maintenance

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your headphones, refer to the following common solutions:
- Headphones will not power on:
Ensure the headphones are fully charged. Connect them to the charging cable and a power source for at least 30 minutes. - Cannot pair with device:
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the headphones are in pairing mode (LED flashing red and blue). Move the headphones closer to your device. Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device. Forget the device from your Bluetooth list and try pairing again. - No sound or low volume:
Check the volume levels on both the headphones and your connected device. Ensure the headphones are properly paired. Try playing different audio sources. - Intermittent connection:
Ensure there are no obstructions between the headphones and your device. Move away from other wireless devices that might cause interference. Ensure the headphones are within the 10-meter Bluetooth range. - Microphone not working:
Ensure the headphones are properly connected and selected as the audio input device on your phone during a call. Check for any debris blocking the microphone port.
