1. Introduction
The YOOREAL Vibration Hour Meter is designed to accurately monitor the operating hours of various equipment, particularly gas and diesel engines, by detecting vibrations. This device helps track maintenance intervals for optimal performance and longevity of your machinery.
2. Key Features
- Vibration Sensing: Two selectable sensitivity levels (High/Low) for accurate monitoring on different engine types.
- Total and Partial Timers: Tracks total operating hours (TOT) up to 99999 H with 0.1 H accuracy. A resettable partial timer (PAR) allows tracking of individual work cycles.
- Lock Shutdown: Ability to lock the LCD display to conserve battery power and prevent accidental recording during transport or inactivity.
- Easy Installation: Mounts securely using adhesive peel & stick backing.
- Durable Design: Built-in CR2032 battery for long service life and 100% epoxy sealed for IP68 waterproof rating.

4.2. Adjusting Vibration Sensitivity
The hour meter features two selectable sensitivity levels (HI/LO) to suit different vibration intensities of various engines.
- HI (High Sensitivity): Suitable for equipment with low vibration (detects frequencies >4Hz).
- LO (Low Sensitivity): Suitable for equipment with high vibration (detects frequencies >32Hz).

5. Operation
5.1. Recording Operating Hours
The hour meter automatically records operating time when it detects vibrations from the equipment. A flashing hourglass icon on the display indicates that time is being recorded.

5.2. Partial Timer (PAR)
The partial timer (PAR) tracks the duration of a single work cycle and can be reset. This is useful for monitoring specific tasks or intervals.
To view the partial timer, briefly press the 'S' button. To reset the partial timer, press and hold the 'S' button while the PAR display is active until it resets to 0.0.

5.3. Lock Shutdown
The lock shutdown feature prevents the meter from recording time during transport or when not in use, saving battery life and preventing inaccurate readings.
To activate the lock function, press and hold the 'S' button until 'Loc' appears on the display. To deactivate, press and hold the 'S' button again until 'Loc' disappears.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the hour meter with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Waterproof: The device is 100% epoxy sealed and rated IP68 waterproof, making it resistant to dust and immersion in water.
- Battery: The hour meter uses a built-in CR2032 battery designed for a long service life. The battery is not user-replaceable.

7. Troubleshooting
If the hour meter is not functioning as expected, consider the following:
- No Display: Ensure the device is not in 'Loc' (lock) mode. If the display remains blank, the internal battery may be depleted.
- Inaccurate Readings: Verify that the hour meter is securely mounted on a surface that experiences consistent vibration from the engine. Adjust the sensitivity setting (HI/LO) to match the vibration level of your equipment.
- Low Voltage Reminder: If the battery voltage drops below 2.7V, the meter will display a low voltage reminder.
