4. Volume Control

Adjust the volume of the melodies using the volume control knob located on the back of the clock. Turn clockwise to increase volume and counter-clockwise to decrease.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

  • Wipe the clock's glass and frame with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Avoid using abrasive cleaners or chemical sprays, as these may damage the finish or internal components.

2. Battery Replacement

Replace all four C-size batteries approximately every six months, or when the clock's performance (timekeeping, melodies, or motion) begins to diminish. Always replace all batteries at the same time with new ones.

3. Storage

If the clock will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and potential damage to the mechanism. Store the clock in its original packaging in a dry, cool place.

Troubleshooting

  • Clock not keeping accurate time or stopped:

Check if the batteries are correctly installed with the proper polarity. Replace all four C-size batteries with new ones.

  • Melodies or motion not activating:

Ensure the room is sufficiently lit; the light sensor will prevent operation in darkness. Check the volume setting. Verify batteries are fresh and correctly installed.

  • Sound quality is poor or distorted:

Adjust the volume control. Replace batteries if they are low.
