Setup

Battery Installation:

Your SpyX Wrist Talkies come with batteries pre-installed. If replacement is needed, each unit requires 3 x LR44 batteries (total 6 for the pair). To replace batteries:

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the watch.
  2. Use a small screwdriver to open the compartment.
  3. Insert 3 new LR44 batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Securely close the battery compartment.

Note: Always use fresh batteries of the same type. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.

Operation

1. Walkie Talkie Function:

  • Ensure both Wrist Talkies are powered on. The power switch is typically located on the side of the unit.
  • To transmit, press and hold the "Push To Talk" (PTT) button located on the side of the watch. Speak clearly into the microphone.
  • Release the PTT button to listen for a response.
  • Optimal communication range is up to 60 meters in open areas. Obstacles like walls and buildings will reduce range.
