Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the metal frame with a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
- Fastener Check: Periodically inspect all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability and prevent squeaking.
- Weight Distribution: Distribute weight evenly on the bed to prevent stress on specific areas of the frame or slats.
Troubleshooting
- Squeaking Noises: If the bed frame squeaks, check all bolts and screws and tighten them. Ensure all slats are properly seated.
- Instability: If the bed feels unstable, verify that all connections are secure and that the bed is placed on a level surface. Check if any parts are bent or damaged.
- Mattress Sliding: The bed frame includes features to prevent mattress movement. Ensure these are correctly positioned. If sliding persists, consider using a non-slip mat between the mattress and slats.
