7. Troubleshooting
Before contacting customer support, please refer to the following troubleshooting guide:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Dehumidifier does not turn on. | No power supply. Power cord not securely plugged in. | Check power outlet and ensure cord is firmly connected. |
| Unit is running but not collecting water. | Ambient humidity is too low. Temperature is too low. Water tank is full or not properly inserted. | Ensure desired humidity setting is lower than current humidity. Check room temperature (dehumidifiers are less effective below 5°C). Empty and reinsert water tank correctly. |
| Full Tank Indicator is on, but tank is not full. | Water tank not properly seated. Sensor malfunction. | Remove and reinsert the water tank firmly. If the issue persists, contact customer support. |
| Wi-Fi connection fails. | Incorrect Wi-Fi password. Router is 5 GHz only. Dehumidifier is too far from router. | Verify Wi-Fi password. Ensure your router supports 2.4 GHz. Move the dehumidifier closer to the router. |
| Unit is noisy. | Operating on HIGH fan speed. Unit not on a level surface. Obstruction in fan. | Switch to LOW fan speed. Place unit on a flat, stable surface. Check for and remove any obstructions. |
