Setup & Assembly
Assembly is required for this product. It is recommended that two adults assemble the crate. Please follow these steps carefully.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Check against the package contents list.
- Attach Wheels: Securely attach the four caster wheels to the designated points on the bottom panel of the crate using the provided hardware. Ensure the brakes are facing outwards for easy access.

- Assemble Side Panels: Connect the side panels to the bottom panel, aligning the pre-drilled holes. Secure them loosely with bolts and nuts.
- Attach Front and Back Panels: Attach the front and back panels to the assembled sides and bottom. Ensure the door mechanisms on the front panel are correctly oriented. Secure loosely with hardware.
- Install Top Panel: Place the top panel onto the assembled structure, aligning all remaining holes. Secure it with the remaining hardware.
- Tighten All Hardware: Once all panels are in place, systematically tighten all bolts and nuts using the provided wrench. Do not overtighten.
- Insert Slide-Out Tray: Slide the plastic tray into the designated slot at the bottom of the crate.
- Place Food Bowl: Position the stainless steel food bowl in its holder inside the crate.
- Final Check: Verify that all connections are secure, doors open and close smoothly, and wheel brakes function correctly.
Operating Instructions
This section details how to use the various features of your PawHut dog crate.
1. Using the Doors
- Large Front Door: The main access door is secured with a double bolt lock. To open, slide both bolts back and pull the door outwards. To close, push the door shut and slide both bolts forward until they engage.
- Small Front Door: A smaller door is integrated into the large front door, allowing for quick access without fully opening the main door. Operate its bolt lock similarly.
- Easy-Open Top Hatch: The top panel can be lifted for additional access or cleaning. It is secured with a bolt lock. Slide the bolt back to lift the top. Ensure it is securely latched when closed.

2. Moving the Crate
- The crate is equipped with 360-degree universal caster wheels for easy mobility.
- To move the crate, ensure all four wheel brakes are disengaged (lifted up).
- To secure the crate in place, press down on the brake levers of all four wheels until they lock.
3. Using the Slide-Out Tray
- The removable slide-out tray is located beneath the main floor of the crate.
- It can be easily pulled out for cleaning and maintenance. Ensure it is fully inserted before placing a pet in the crate.

- Cleaning the Crate:
