  • Wipe the keyboard surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid excessive moisture.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Keyboard not responding (Wired): Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the computer. Try a different USB port or cable.
  • Keyboard not responding (Bluetooth):
    1. Ensure the keyboard is charged.
    2. Verify the keyboard is in Bluetooth mode (Fn + Backspace).
    3. Re-enter pairing mode (Fn + Q/W/E) and re-pair with your device.
    4. Check your device's Bluetooth settings to ensure Bluetooth is enabled and the keyboard is connected.
  • RGB backlight not working or stuck: Try cycling through RGB modes (Fn + \|) or adjusting brightness (Fn + Up/Down Arrow). Ensure the keyboard is not in a low-power state.
  • Keys not registering: If specific keys are not working, consider replacing the hot-swappable switch for that key (refer to Section 6.1).
