Setup and Installation

Operating Instructions

Your KERDOM Office Chair is designed with several adjustable features to enhance your comfort and adapt to your workspace.

Height Adjustment

The seat height can be easily adjusted to your preferred level. Locate the lever beneath the seat on the right side. To raise the seat, lift the lever while taking your weight off the chair. To lower the seat, lift the lever while remaining seated. Adjust until your feet are flat on the floor and your knees are at a 90-degree angle.

Flip-Up Armrests

The armrests are designed to flip up 90 degrees, allowing you to push the chair further under your desk when not in use, saving valuable space. Simply grasp the armrest and rotate it upwards until it locks into the vertical position. To return it to the horizontal position, rotate it back down.

Rocking Function

The chair features a rocking mode for relaxation. To activate or deactivate the rocking function, pull the lever located beneath the seat on the left side outwards. This allows the chair to recline and rock gently. Push the lever inwards to lock the chair in an upright position.

Ergonomic Support

The chair provides three key support points for your back, hips, and hands, along with appropriate waist support. The breathable mesh material used for the back and cushion promotes airflow, keeping you cool and comfortable during extended periods of use. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your KERDOM Office Chair, please review the following common solutions:

• Chair not adjusting height: Ensure the height adjustment lever is fully engaged or disengaged as required. Check for any obstructions beneath the seat mechanism.
• Armrests not flipping smoothly: Inspect the pivot points of the armrests for any debris or obstructions. A small amount of silicone spray can be applied to the pivot points if needed, but avoid overspray on fabric.
• Casters not rolling smoothly: Check the casters for accumulated hair, dust, or debris. Clean them regularly to ensure smooth movement.
• Squeaking noises: Tighten all assembly screws. If the noise persists, it may indicate an issue with the gas lift cylinder or rocking mechanism.
