Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the keyboard surface. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid excessive moisture.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, turn off the keyboard to conserve battery life. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: Recharge the keyboard when the battery indicator shows low power. Avoid completely draining the battery frequently to prolong its lifespan. Use only the provided charging cable or a compatible USB-A to Type-C cable.
- Spill Resistance: While the keyboard is designed to be durable, avoid spilling liquids directly onto it. If a spill occurs, immediately turn off the keyboard, disconnect it, and allow it to dry completely before attempting to use it again.

- For 2.4G Wireless:
- Remove the USB receiver from your device, then reinsert it into a different USB port if available.
- Try the USB receiver on another device to confirm it's working.
- For Bluetooth Connection:
- On your device, delete or "forget" the "seenda Keyboard" from your Bluetooth device list.
- Put the keyboard back into pairing mode (Fn + BT1/BT2 for 3-5 seconds) and attempt to re-pair it with your device.
- Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and functioning correctly.

Keys Not Working Properly (e.g., sticking, repeating)
- Clean Keys: Dust or debris under the keys can cause issues. Gently clean around and under the affected keys.
- Restart: Turn off the keyboard and restart your device.
- Re-pair: For Bluetooth, try unpairing and re-pairing the keyboard. For 2.4G, try re-inserting the USB receiver.
- Test on Another Device: If possible, test the keyboard on a different computer or device to determine if the issue is with the keyboard or the original device.
Input Lag
- Interference: Move the keyboard closer to your device. Avoid placing it near other wireless devices that might cause interference (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, cordless phones).
