Setup Guide

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, ensure the charging case and earbuds are fully charged. The charging case is designed to provide multiple charges for your earbuds on the go.

• Place both earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated in their respective slots.
• Connect the charging case to a power source using a compatible USB cable.
• The indicator light(s) on the case and/or earbuds will illuminate to show charging status. Refer to the specific light patterns for full charge indication.

2. Pairing with Your Device

The Sentry BT974 earbuds feature auto-on and auto-pair functionality for a streamlined connection process.

1. Ensure your device's Bluetooth is turned on.
2. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
3. On your device, search for new Bluetooth devices.
4. Select "Sentry BT974" (or similar name) from the list of available devices.
5. Once connected, a confirmation sound or indicator light change may occur.

Note: If pairing fails, place the earbuds back into the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, and then repeat the pairing steps.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Remove earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on.

Audio Playback

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing with each other or device:

  • On your device, forget or delete "Sentry BT974" from your Bluetooth settings, then attempt to pair again.

• No sound from one or both earbuds:
  • Check the volume level on your connected device.
  • Ensure the earbuds are properly paired and connected.
  • Reboot your connected device.
• Charging case not charging:
  • Verify the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • Try a different USB cable and/or power adapter.
