Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter during the use of your party tent.

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Difficulty assembling frame poles.Misalignment or spring buttons not fully engaged.Ensure poles are correctly oriented and spring buttons snap into corresponding holes. Apply gentle pressure and wiggle if needed.
Canopy or sidewalls do not fit properly.Incorrect orientation or insufficient stretching.Verify the canopy is oriented correctly on the frame. Gently stretch the fabric to fit over the frame, ensuring all attachment points align.
Tent instability or movement in wind.Inadequate anchoring.Ensure all ground nails are fully inserted and ropes are taut. Consider additional weights or anchors in windy conditions. Do not use in strong winds.
Water pooling on the roof.Improper canopy tension or heavy rain.Adjust canopy tension to ensure water runoff. Regularly check and clear any pooling water.
