Introduction

Setup

1. Attach Cleaning Tool: Connect the desired cleaning tool (e.g., handheld brush head) to the end of the spray hose. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
2. Fill Clean Water Tank:
   • Remove the clean water tank by pulling up on its handle.
   • Unscrew the cap.
   • Add the recommended amount of WECLEAN cleaning solution (or a compatible carpet cleaning solution) to the tank.
   • Fill the rest of the tank with warm water (not exceeding 140°F / 60°C).
   • Securely replace the cap and reinsert the tank into the unit.
3. Power Connection: Unwind the power cord from its storage hooks and plug the unit into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Press the power button located on the top of the unit to turn on the cleaner.
2. Spray Solution: Hold the cleaning tool over the stained area. Press the trigger on the handle to spray cleaning solution onto the surface. Ensure the area is adequately saturated.
3. Scrub the Stain: Use the brush bristles on the cleaning tool to gently scrub the stained area. For tough stains, allow the solution to sit for a few minutes before scrubbing.
4. Extract Dirty Water: Without pressing the spray trigger, firmly press the suction nozzle of the cleaning tool against the wet area and drag it slowly across the surface. This will vacuum up the dirty solution into the dirty water tank. Repeat this step until no more dirty water is being extracted and the area is as dry as possible.

Maintenance

1. Empty Dirty Water Tank:
   • After each use, remove the dirty water tank by pulling up on its handle.
   • Open the latch and pour out the dirty water.
   • Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water.
2. Clean Cleaning Tools: Detach the cleaning tool from the hose. Rinse it under running water to remove any debris or residue. The clear plastic cover can be removed for easier cleaning of bristles.
3. Hose Cleaning: To prevent odors and blockages, periodically clean the hose. Fill the clean water tank with clean water (no solution). Attach the cleaning tool, turn on the unit, and hold the tool over a sink while pressing the spray trigger for 30 seconds. Then release the trigger and let the suction run for another 10 seconds to clear any remaining water.
4. Storage: Once all components are clean and dry, reassemble the unit. Wrap the hose and power cord around their designated storage hooks for compact storage.

Troubleshooting

Poor Suction:

• Check Nozzle Contact: Ensure the suction nozzle is pressed firmly against the surface, creating a good seal. A gap can lead to perceived poor suction.
• Clean Dirty Water Tank: A full or clogged dirty water tank can reduce suction. Empty and clean the tank.
• Inspect Hose: Check the hose for any blockages or kinks.
