- Unscrew the nut from the socket on the back of the charger.
- Place the nut over the ball head of the air vent clamp.
- Insert the ball head into the socket on the charger.
- Securely tighten the nut to lock the angle in place.
- Rotate the air vent clip to the desired orientation (vertical or horizontal).
- Slide the clamp fully onto a suitable air vent in your vehicle.
- Position the support arm against the air vent for enhanced stability. Ensure the arm is in a stable position to prevent movement.
- Connect the included USB-A to USB-C cable to the charger's USB-C port.
- Plug the USB-A end of the cable into the included 36W QC 3.0 Dual Port USB-A Car Adapter, and then insert the adapter into your car's 12V power outlet.

Dashboard Mounting Option:
For dashboard mounting, attach the dashboard anchor (sold separately or included in some bundles) to the charger. Clean a smooth and firm surface on your dashboard, remove the film from the bottom of the anchor, and firmly press it onto the surface. Allow the adhesive to set for 2 hours before use.

Operating Instructions
Once installed, operating your ESR HaloLock charger is simple:
- Ensure the car charger is properly connected to your vehicle's power outlet and the HaloLock charger.
- Place your compatible smartphone (with a magnetic case) onto the HaloLock charging pad. The powerful magnets will securely hold your phone in place.
- The charger will automatically begin wireless charging. A blue indicator light on the side of the charger will illuminate when charging is active.
- Adjust your phone's orientation as needed. The 360-degree ball-joint allows for easy switching between portrait and landscape modes for navigation or viewing.
