3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge your e-book reader.

1. Connect the small end of the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on your e-reader.
2. Connect the larger end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The charging indicator will illuminate. Allow approximately 3-4 hours for a full charge.
4. Once fully charged, disconnect the cable.

3.2 Powering On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the On/Off button until the screen illuminates.
• To power off, press and hold the On/Off button until a power-off prompt appears, then confirm.

3.3 Inserting a MicroSD Card (Optional)

To expand storage, you can insert a MicroSD (TF) card into the designated slot.

1. Locate the TF card slot on the side of the device.
2. Gently insert the MicroSD card with the gold contacts facing down until it clicks into place.
3. To remove, gently push the card inward until it springs out.

4.1 Navigating the Interface

Use the navigation buttons (Up/Down/Left/Right) and the Confirm key to move through menus and select options. The Return key will take you back.

1. From the main menu, select "My Bookshelf" or "Recent Documents" to access your library.

3. Use the "Next Page" and "Last Page" buttons to turn pages.

5. To add a bookmark, press the Menu key and select the bookmark option.
