The Coast XP11R flashlight is a high-performance lighting tool designed for versatility and durability. It features a powerful 2100 lumen output in Turbo mode, a Zithion-X rechargeable battery, and Coast's patented Slide Focusing optical technology for seamless transitions between flood and spot beams. Setup

Battery Installation and Charging

The XP11R flashlight is designed to use either the included Coast Zithion-X rechargeable battery or three AAA alkaline batteries. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use the Zithion-X battery.

  1. To install the Zithion-X battery: Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight. Insert the Zithion-X battery with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the flashlight. Screw the tail cap back on securely.
  2. To install AAA alkaline batteries: Unscrew the tail cap. Insert three AAA batteries into the included battery cartridge, ensuring correct polarity. Insert the cartridge into the flashlight with the positive (+) end facing towards the head. Screw the tail cap back on securely.
  3. Charging the Zithion-X battery: The XP11R features a ProTek charging port. Locate the charging port cover near the head of the flashlight. Open the cover and connect a USB-C charging cable (not included) to the port. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source. The real-time power indicator will show charging status. A full charge is indicated when all indicator lights are solid.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Mode Selection

The power button is located on the tail cap of the flashlight.

Slide Focusing Optic and Beam Lock

The XP11R features a patented Slide Focusing optical system, allowing you to adjust the beam from a wide flood to a narrow spot.

Troubleshooting

  • Disengage the Beam Lock by twisting the head counter-clockwise.
