- Insert Inner Pot: Place the cleaned inner pot into the main unit. Ensure it sits correctly and is not tilted.

Operating Instructions
Control Panel Overview:
The control panel features a digital display and various function buttons.
- Preset Functions: Buttons for specific cooking modes (e.g., Poultry, Meat/Stew, Beans/Chili, Soup/Broth, Rice, Cake, Yogurt, Steam, Sauté, Slow Cook, Pressure Cook).
- Manual/Adjust: For setting custom cooking times and pressure levels.
- Temp/Timer: To adjust temperature or cooking duration.
- +/- Buttons: To increase or decrease time/temperature settings.
- Keep Warm/Cancel: To cancel a program or activate the keep warm function.
General Operation Steps:
- Prepare Ingredients: Place your ingredients and liquids into the inner pot. Ensure the total volume does not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Close Lid: Place the lid on the Quickpot and turn it clockwise until it locks into place. Ensure the steam release valve is in the "Sealing" position for pressure cooking.
- Select Function: Press the desired preset function button (e.g., "Pressure Cook", "Slow Cook", "Rice"). The display will show the default cooking time.
- Adjust Settings (Optional): Use the "Temp/Timer" button and the "+/-" buttons to adjust the cooking time or temperature if needed.
- Start Cooking: The Quickpot will automatically begin the preheating process. Once pressure is built (for pressure cooking), the cooking timer will start counting down.
- Pressure Release (for Pressure Cooking):
- Natural Release: Allow the pressure to dissipate naturally. This is recommended for foamy foods or large cuts of meat.
- Quick Release: Carefully turn the steam release valve to the "Venting" position. Caution: Hot steam will be released. Keep hands and face away from the valve.
- Open Lid: Once pressure is fully released (float valve drops down), turn the lid counter-clockwise and lift it off.
