Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Device does not turn on.Low or no battery charge.Charge the device fully using the USB-C cable.
Inflation is slow.Large tire volume; low battery; extreme cold.Ensure battery is fully charged. Inflation time varies with tire size and pressure difference. Operate in moderate temperatures if possible.
Device over-inflates slightly.Minor calibration variance.Set the target PSI 1-2 PSI lower than desired, then check with an external gauge if precision is critical.
Air leaks from connection.Hose not securely attached; valve not fully engaged.Ensure the air hose is screwed on tightly. Make sure the adapter is fully and correctly seated on the item's valve.
Device is noisy during operation.Normal operation sound for an air compressor. This is typical for portable air pumps. No action required unless the noise is excessive or unusual.
