4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Headset and Charging Case
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the charging compartment.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a standard USB power adapter (5V/1A recommended) or a computer's USB port.
- Place the earphone into the charging compartment. Ensure proper alignment for charging.
- The indicator light on the earphone and/or charging compartment will show charging status. Refer to the indicator light section for details (if applicable, not specified in input).
- Charging time for the earphone is approximately 1.5 hours, and for the charging compartment, it is also approximately 1.5 hours.
4.2 Pairing with a Bluetooth Device
- Ensure the headset is fully charged.
- Turn on the headset by pressing and holding the Power On/Off button until the indicator light flashes (usually blue/red alternating, indicating pairing mode).
- On your mobile phone or Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings.
- Search for available devices. The headset will appear as "YYK-520" or similar.
- Select "YYK-520" from the list to connect.
- Once successfully paired, the indicator light on the headset will typically stop flashing and remain solid blue, or turn off. A voice prompt may also confirm the connection.
- If prompted for a password, enter "0000" (four zeros).
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Power On/Off button for approximately 3 seconds until you hear a voice prompt or see the indicator light.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power On/Off button for approximately 5 seconds until you hear a voice prompt or the indicator light turns off.
5.2 Call Management
- Answer/End Call: Press the Answer/End Call button once during an incoming call to answer. Press it again during a call to end the call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Answer/End Call button for approximately 2 seconds during an incoming call to reject it.
- Redial Last Call: Double-press the Redial Last Call button to redial the last dialed number.
5.3 Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button once to play or pause music.
- Volume Up/Previous Track: Short press the Volume Up button to increase volume. Long press the Volume Up button to go to the previous track.
- Volume Down/Next Track: Short press the Volume Down button to decrease volume. Long press the Volume Down button to go to the next track.
5.4 180-Degree Rotation Feature
The headset features a 180-degree folding support arm, allowing it to be rotated and worn on either the left or right ear for maximum comfort and flexibility.
