4. Setup

4.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Upon opening the package, verify that all contents are present and undamaged. The box should contain:

  • 1 x Type-C Cable

Note: Headphones, SIM Card, and SD Card are not included.

4.2 Inserting SIM Card and MicroSD Card

  1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone.
  2. Insert the Sim Card Tray Pin into the small hole next to the tray to eject it.
  3. Carefully pull out the tray.
  4. Place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or microSD card (up to 256GB, sold separately) into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure correct orientation as indicated on the tray.
  5. Gently push the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.

4.3 Initial Power On and Setup Wizard

  1. Press and hold the Power button (located on the side) until the TCL logo appears.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, Google account sign-in, and security settings.

5.1 Basic Navigation

  • Touchscreen Gestures: Tap, swipe, pinch-to-zoom for various functions.
