This versatile LED display board features a 128x32 dot matrix with a 4mm pixel pitch, capable of displaying vibrant RGB full-color messages. It is designed for both indoor and vehicle use, offering various display functions controlled via a smartphone application.
2. Safety Information
- Power Source: Use only the provided 12V/2A car charger or a compatible 5V/3A power adapter. Do not use USB mobile batteries as they may provide insufficient power, leading to display malfunctions.
- Installation: Ensure the display is securely mounted using the suction cups on a clean, smooth surface. For vehicle use, attach it to the inside of the rear, front, or side windows.
- Content Input: This product does not support image or video transmission. Inputting such content may cause the control card to malfunction. Only input text, logos, countdowns, or timers.
- Operating Environment: Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or excessive moisture.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.

5. Setup
5.1 App Installation
- Download the "LedArt" application from your smartphone's app store (available for iOS and Android).
5.2 Physical Installation
- Ensure the surface where you intend to mount the display is clean, smooth, and dry.
- Remove the protective film from the suction cups.
- Attach the two lever-type suction cups to the back of the LED display board.
- Press the suction cups firmly against the desired surface (e.g., car window) and engage the levers to secure the display.

5.3 Power Connection
- Connect the 3M USB cable to the LED display board.
- For vehicle use, plug the other end of the USB cable into the provided 12V/2A car cigarette lighter adapter, then insert the adapter into your car's cigarette lighter socket.
- For indoor use, connect the USB cable to a compatible 5V/3A USB power adapter (not included) and plug it into a wall outlet.
- Once powered on, the display will activate, and its internal Wi-Fi signal will become discoverable.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Connecting to the Display via Wi-Fi
- Ensure the LED display board is powered on.
- On your smartphone, go to Wi-Fi settings.
- Search for a Wi-Fi network with a name similar to "WF2_XXXXXX" (e.g., "WF2_4831b7d59a34"). This is the display's direct Wi-Fi signal, not an internet connection.
- Connect to this Wi-Fi network.

6.2 Using the LedArt App
- Open the "LedArt" app on your smartphone.
- Navigate to the "Device List" and select your connected display.
- To create a new message, tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner, then select "Add" and "New Program".
- Set Display Parameters: Ensure the correct display parameters are set for optimal performance.
- Width: 128
- Height: 32
- Color Level: Full Color
- Input Content: You can input text in various languages, set logos, countdowns, and timers.
- Customize Display: Adjust scroll speed, text size, and color. The app also supports partition display.
- Send to Display: Once your message is created and customized, send it to the LED display board via the app.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the display surface with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Suction Cups: Periodically check the suction cups for secure attachment. If they lose suction, clean both the suction cup and the mounting surface thoroughly before reattaching.
- Cable Inspection: Inspect the USB cable and power adapter for any signs of damage (fraying, cuts, bent pins). Replace damaged components immediately to prevent electrical hazards.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the display board in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
8. Troubleshooting
- Q: The display is abnormal or distorted.
- A: This often occurs if the display size parameters are incorrect in the LedArt app. Go to "Device List" > "+" > "Add" > "New Program" and set the parameters to: Width "128", Height "32", Color Level "Full Color". Also, verify the product screen scan parameter is set to (C 5) under "Hardware Device" > "Scan Settings" > "Manual Confirmation".
- Q: Message transmission is interrupted or fails.
- A: Ensure you are not attempting to transmit images or videos, as the product does not support them. Also, confirm that the power supply is adequate. If using a non-original plug, ensure it provides 5V/3A. Insufficient voltage can lead to Wi-Fi connection issues and transmission interruptions.
- Q: Cannot find the Wi-Fi signal after powering on.
- A: This could be due to an incompatible message being sent previously, or a need to reset to factory settings. Please contact Leadleds customer support via Amazon's "Contact Seller" option for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.
- Q: Can I power the display with a USB mobile battery?
- A: No. USB mobile batteries typically have a low output voltage which can prevent proper content transmission. Please use the provided car charger or a suitable 5V/3A power adapter.
