Product Overview
The SYNCO G2(A2) Pro system consists of two transmitters (TX) and one receiver (RX), housed in a portable charging case. Each unit features a clear display and intuitive controls for ease of use.

Setup
- Charging: Before first use, ensure all units (transmitters and receiver) are fully charged using the provided charging case and USB-C cable. The charging case provides up to 24 hours of continuous use.
- Power On: Press and hold the power button on both transmitters (TX) and the receiver (RX) until their screens illuminate. The units will automatically pair.
- Connecting to Recording Device:
- For Smartphones (iPhone/iPad): Use the 3.5mm TRRS cable. For iPhones without a 3.5mm jack, an additional Lightning to 3.5mm adapter (not included) is required.
- For Android/Tablets (USB-C): Use the USB Type-C to Type-C cable.
- For Cameras/Camcorders: Use the 3.5mm TRS cable.
- For Computers: Use the USB Type-C to Type-C cable. A USB-A adapter is included if your computer only has USB-A ports.
- Attaching Microphones: Connect the external lavalier microphones to the 3.5mm input jack on the transmitters. Secure the lavalier microphones to clothing using the clip, positioning them approximately 15-20 cm from the speaker's mouth for optimal sound capture. Use the included wind muffs for outdoor recording to reduce wind noise.

Operating Instructions
- Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button on each unit for 2 seconds to turn on or off.
- Mute Function: Briefly press the power/mute button on the transmitter (TX) to mute or unmute the microphone. The display will indicate the mute status.
- Volume Control: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the receiver (RX) to adjust the output volume. The G2(A2) Pro offers 6 levels of gain control for precise audio optimization.
- Real-time Audio Monitoring: Connect headphones to the 3.5mm TRS jack on the receiver to monitor audio in real-time during recording.
- Noise Cancellation: The system features integrated DSP technology for instant audio optimization and noise reduction. Activate noise reduction as needed for clearer audio, especially in noisy environments.
- Operating Modes (Stereo/Mono/Safety Channel): The G2(A2) Pro offers Stereo, Mono, and Safety Channel modes. Select the appropriate mode on the receiver based on your recording needs. The safety channel records a secondary audio track at -6dB to prevent distortion from unexpected loud sounds.
- Transmission Range: The system provides stable and anti-interference signal transmission up to 150 meters (492 feet) in Line-of-Sight (LOS) conditions with a low latency of 12.5ms.

Maintenance
- Charging: Always store the transmitters and receiver in the charging case when not in use to keep them charged. The charging case itself should be charged regularly using the provided USB-C cable. The system offers up to 24 hours of total battery life with the charging case.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the units. Avoid using liquids or abrasive cleaners. Ensure no moisture enters the ports.
- Storage: Store the microphone system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: For long-term storage, charge the units to approximately 50% every three months to preserve battery health.
