1. Introduction

The VOUNOT Foldable Shopping Trolley is designed for convenient transport of groceries and other items. 2. Safety Information

• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 40 kilograms to prevent damage or injury.
• Ensure all components, especially the wheels and bag, are securely attached before each use.
• Keep hands and fingers clear of moving parts, such as the folding mechanism and wheels, during assembly, folding, and unfolding.
• Use caution when navigating uneven surfaces or stairs. Maintain a firm grip on the handle.

4. Setup and Assembly

1. Unfolding the Frame: Carefully unfold the aluminum frame until it locks into its open position. Ensure the base is stable.
2. Attaching the Bag: Place the detachable Oxford fabric bag onto the frame. Secure the bag using the integrated straps or fasteners provided, ensuring it is firmly attached to prevent shifting during transport.
3. Wheel Check: The 6-wheel assembly is typically pre-attached. Verify that all six wheels rotate freely and are securely fastened to the frame.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Loading the Trolley: Open the main compartment of the bag and place your items inside. Distribute the weight evenly to maintain balance.
2. Using Pockets: Utilize the small zippered back pocket for personal items like a wallet or phone. The three external pockets can hold smaller items such as an umbrella or water bottle.
3. Transporting on Flat Surfaces: Grip the comfortable rubber handle and push or pull the trolley. The smooth-rolling wheels allow for easy maneuverability.
4. Stair Climbing: When approaching stairs, pull the trolley upwards. The unique 6-wheel design (three wheels per side) will rotate to engage each step, significantly reducing the effort required to move items up or down stairs.
5. Adapting to Surfaces: The robust wheel system is designed to adapt to various surfaces, including concrete, muddy paths, wet ground, and gravel.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning the Bag: The detachable bag can be easily removed for cleaning. Hand wash with mild soap and water, then air dry completely before reattaching. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• Frame Care: Wipe the aluminum frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
• Wheel Inspection: Periodically check the wheels for any tangled debris (e.g., hair, string) and remove it. Ensure the wheels rotate smoothly. If necessary, a small amount of silicone lubricant can be applied to the wheel axles.
• Storage: When not in use, fold the trolley for compact storage. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

7. Troubleshooting

• Trolley not folding/unfolding smoothly: Check for any obstructions in the folding mechanism. Ensure the frame joints are clean and free of dirt. Apply a small amount of lubricant if stiffness persists.
• Wheels not rotating properly: Inspect the wheels and axles for any debris, such as hair or lint, that might be impeding rotation. Clean thoroughly. If a wheel is damaged, contact customer support for replacement options.
• Bag not staying attached: Verify that the bag's attachment points are correctly aligned and secured to the frame. Ensure all straps or fasteners are properly engaged.
