5. Installation Instructions

Before installation, ensure power is OFF at the circuit breaker.

Option 1: Junction Box Installation

1. Turn off power at the circuit breaker.
2. Remove the existing fixture from the junction box.
3. Connect the wires: Black to Black (Live), White to White (Neutral), and Green/Bare Copper to Green (Ground) using the provided wire nuts.
4. Align the mounting holes on the disk light with the screw holes on the junction box.
5. Secure the disk light to the junction box using the provided mounting screws.
6. Ensure the fixture is flush with the ceiling.

Option 2: Recessed Can (E26 Socket) Installation

1. Turn off power at the circuit breaker.
2. Remove the existing bulb and trim from the recessed can.
3. Screw the E26 medium base adapter into the existing socket of the recessed can.
4. Connect the wires from the disk light to the E26 adapter.
5. Compress the butterfly clips on the disk light and insert them into the recessed can.
6. Push the disk light gently upwards until it sits flush with the ceiling.

Dimming Functionality

The NUWATT 5/6 Inch Flush Mount LED Disk Light is dimmable from 10% to 100% when paired with a compatible TRIAC dimmer switch. To adjust brightness:

1. Ensure the light is connected to a compatible dimmer switch.
2. Use the dimmer switch to increase or decrease the light output to your desired level.

This model provides a consistent 2700K soft white light output, which cannot be changed.
