7. Maintenance and Care

Proper care extends the life of your NanoBuds:

  • Cleaning: Gently wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

  • Water Exposure: While IPX4 rated, avoid prolonged exposure to water or submersion. Ensure earbuds are dry before placing them in the charging case.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your NanoBuds, try the following solutions:

  • Earbuds Not Charging: Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in the charging case. Check that the charging case itself is charged or connected to a power source. Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case with a dry cotton swab.
  • Pairing Issues: Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on. Forget the NanoBuds from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again. Ensure no other Bluetooth devices are interfering.
  • No Sound/Low Volume: Check the volume levels on both your device and the earbuds. Ensure the earbuds are properly connected.
  • Intermittent Connection: Stay within the recommended 50-foot Bluetooth range. Avoid physical obstructions between the earbuds and your device.
  • Reset: If issues persist, perform a factory reset (refer to the quick start guide for specific instructions, as this often involves holding a button on the earbuds or case).
